Cyprus makes the perfect holiday place to visit
A Cyprus holiday offers a lot more choice than days lazing on the beach and nights partying in Ayia Napa. If you're a party of adults looking for culture or fine cuisine, or a family in search of safe beaches and plenty to keep the little ones happy, travel to Cyprus to fill your holiday desires. Western Cyprus is the place to head if you want traditional charm, laid-back living and architectural heritage, whilst the east coast is arguably the place to find Cyprus's best beaches and secluded coves.
Pathos town in Cyprus is one of the most popular resorts on the island because it combines being a UNESCO world heritage site with a cuturally diverse, bustling resort. The area by the coast is known as Kato Pathos and has a beautiful harbour and a wide choice of open air cafes and bars. The weather in Pathos and in Cyprus generally is superb with appoximately 300 sunny days each year.
A few miles north of Pathos rests the recently developed resort of Coral Bay which is a quieter resort than Pathos, and boasts one of the finest beaches in the area. There's a huge selection of quality hotels, catering for all your holiday needs. Sheltered by a couple of rocky headlands, the stunning slowly shelving sandy beach is the ideal location to relax and enjoy the Cypriot sunshine. Recliner beds and parasols can be rented for an inexpensive daily chage. Coral Bay beach also has an excellent beach side bar offering a good choice of drinks, tasty bar snacks and toilet facilities. Coral Bay beach also offers a large car park.
Whether it's a last minute holiday to Cyprus you're after, or an all inclusive luxury break, the holiday playgrounds of Cyprus are certain to offer precisely what you're looking for.
