How To Shop For DIY Wedding Invitations
My husband to be John and I recently got engaged. Everyone was so happy for us. After the initial joy wore off, we realized that we have a wedding to plan. There are so many details to think about that it makes my head spin. Thankfully, my mother lives nearby and she said she is willing to lend a helping hand to my wedding planning.
As I get further and further into planning my wedding day, I realized that weddings are get very expensive. From the ceremony to the reception to the cake to the bridesmaid gifts, everything has a cost and it can add up quickly. As I sat down and tried to cut some corner, I begin to think about some diy wedding invitations.
DIY wedding invitations are just what the name implies. Instead of spending a truckload of money of some fancy printed paper, I simply order the parts myself and assemble them. After some research online, I was able to locate a number of wedding specialty stores that offers them. We are talking about some fancy brand names here like Laura Ashley designs. Since my wedding color is going to be lilac, I need to find a color scheme that matches and is classy enough to send to everyone. Light purple can be difficult to coordinate but I believe I will go with a light mint green. The two colors together on my diy wedding invitation looks very nice together.
My next step in my wedding planning is to shop for groomsmen gifts. These are the gifts that you purchase for your wedding party. They are usually handed out between the reception and the actual wedding itself.
