Desire to Put On Muscle? How about doing With No Weights?

If you want to put muscle on your frame, then you better think about learning how to build muscle without weights. This is not as hard as it sounds. It is quite funny how many people believe that it takes weights to build impressive amounts of muscle. But in the back few years, the fitness industry has had a revival of body weight training. The gym rats aren't the only ones who have great muscle definition, others, with even better bodies have proven that building muscle without weights is attainable.

No Need for Weights, And You Can Still Have That Great Body

Have you ever watched men's gymnastics in the Summer Olympics. They have used their own body weight as resistance to enhance, further define their muscles and develop the best bodies of any athlete. Not only do they have large muscles, they have incredible muscle definition. Any excess body fat just melts away when you build muscle without weights. Your diet is so much more effective than if you just curls hand weights in the gym. If you are a little chubby, it makes the exercises harder to perform.

You aren't going to look like Mr Olympia without using free weights, but those physiques aren't pleasing to look at. In late 80s, the Mr. Olympia physique was in, but it's quite passe now. It pays to be maintain a medium body weight with exceptional muscle tone. Once you put on too much muscle your strength to weight body ratio goes down dramatically. Back to those gymnasts, those men are stronger than any bodybuilders in the business. Their strength is practical as well.

In Order to Gain Muscle You Must Be Successful at One Arm and One Leg Exercises

Making your workout more demanding and adding resistance will help you define your muscles and advance to the place you want to be more quickly. Sure you can do push ups with a weighted backpack and for your chin ups, you can try a weighted belt. But you will see more results quicker if you become proficient at one arm push ups and one arm chin ups. So, really, no accessories are needed.

Just Master 4-5 Tough Body Weight Exercises to Build Muscle

Pistol squats, hanging leg raises, or one armed body weight exercises will really yield some amazing results. Your body will be ripped beyond your dreams. If that becomes too easy, then you want to do your push ups with only your hand. This will make it even harder. It's undeniable that building muscle without weights is possible when you master these exercises.
